How it works
Three steps.
- Book a slot. Pick a time that suits you and tell us what the door is doing.
- We call to confirm. A person calls you back to confirm the time, the address and the price for the likely repair.
- We repair it. Diagnosis and repair in the same visit in most cases. You pay when the door glides.
Common questions
Before you book.
Do I need to replace the whole door?
Usually not. Most doors we see need rollers and a track, not a new door. We'll tell you honestly when replacement is the better call.
How long does it take?
Most repairs run 45 minutes to two hours. Harder jobs — bent tracks, heavy panels, tight access — can run three.
What do you need from me?
Your name, the service address, a phone number we can reach you on, and a short description of what the door is doing. A photo of the bottom track helps us bring the right parts.
How do I pay?
Card at the door when the job is done (tap to pay), or online afterwards. No sales tax is added to a repair invoice.
