Services
What we fix.
One trade, done properly. Every repair below is quoted flat rate on site, and most finish in a single visit.
Roller replacement
The repair we do most. Worn rollers are why a door drags, sticks, or takes two hands. We fit sealed stainless assemblies rated for coastal air.
Track repair & replacement
A worn track destroys new rollers within months. We clean and straighten where we can, and replace the bottom track when it's past saving.
Locks & handles
Broken latches, handles that spin, doors that won't lock. Most are a same-visit fix with hardware we carry on the truck.
Pocket doors
Doors that disappear into the wall are the ones most contractors won't touch. We service hangers and track without cutting your drywall in most cases.
Screen doors
Torn mesh, bent frames, screens that jump the track. Rescreening and frame repair.
Window balances & hardware
Windows that won't stay up, cranks that won't turn, sashes that bind. Single-hung, double-hung and casement.
Why a specialist beats a general handyman.
A general contractor sees a sliding door a few times a year. We see them every working day, which changes two things that matter to you.
The first is diagnosis. A door that won't lock is often a door that has sagged, not a broken lock. A door that's on its third set of rollers has a track problem nobody addressed. Knowing which is which is the difference between a repair that holds and one that brings us back in six months.
The second is parts. We carry the common roller profiles, mortise locks and balances on the truck, because we know what fails in this corridor. That's why most of our visits finish the same day instead of turning into an order-and-return.
Not sure which service you need? Describe what the door is doing when you call (904) 555-0100 and we'll tell you.
